Coaching FAQs
What's the difference between coaching and therapy?
Coaching and therapy can complement each other, but they do have key distinctions. What's the difference between an ADHD coach and an executive function coach?
While both kinds of coaching will address executive functioning issues, ADHD coaching will also address the ways ADHD is showing up uniquely in a person's life. I will work with you to deepen your knowledge of your ADHD and help you develop strategies for living that work with your brain wiring.
What ages do you work with?
Students middle school and older, college students, parents, and professionals.
How long does coaching usually last?

I am available to consult with schools or healthcare professionals at the request of clients.

Yes! I employ a variety of evidence-based resources to help you think in fresh ways about yourself and to use as you grow and move forward in your life.
Do I have to have ADHD to benefit from coaching?
Not at all! Coaching can benefit anyone who wants to work on specific areas of their life, explore their natural strengths, gain new understandings about themselves, or develop new habits.
Do you diagnose ADHD or prescribe medication?
