"I have a deep appreciation of the challenges faced by individuals and families living with ADHD in a neurotypical world. But while ADHD may create challenges, I believe the term "deficit," in its name is unfortunate, because you are not deficient. ADHD appears everywhere: in successful executives, athletes, musicians, business owners, moms, dads, and virtually every population of humanity. Whether you're a student, a parent, or a professional, an ADHD diagnosis simply means it's time for you to understand what your brain is doing and learn how to work with your brain instead of against it. I start from the belief that you have strengths that can be powerful assets when you get to know them and put them to work for you. I use evidence-based and personalized methods to help you understand your version of ADHD. As you develop goals and skills that fit for you, you will develop life patterns that allow frustration to be replaced with contentment and anxiety to be replaced with peace. My hope for you is to become excited for your future, discover your competence, and recognize your unique value in the world."

Why Coaching?
Time Management
You wake up in the morning with great ideas for things to accomplish, but by the end of the day they never get done. Coaching can help you understand why time management is a challenge and develop skills to stay on top of it all.
Self-Confidence
You watch others around you succeed, but you carry nagging doubts about your own abilities. Coaching can help you discover and leverage your strengths so you feel more confident at work, in school, and at home.
Positive Outlook
Studies show that a positive outlook is related to improved performance and better mental health. Studies also show that people living with ADHD carry more negative and failure-based self narratives. Coaching can help you get rid of the false narratives and discover a more hopeful and positive view of yourself.
Organization Skills
It seems like other people stay organized and meet deadlines, but it's an ongoing challenge for you. Coaching can get to the root of what's going on and help you create strategies that work especially for you.
Improved Relationships
Conflict frequently emerges around the same issues and change seems beyond your control. Coaching can help you see what's really going on so that you and the important people in your life can work together instead of against each other.
Emotional Regulation
It only took a second to say something you didn't mean and now you can't take it back. Coaching can increase awareness of your emotional responses so that you can regulate your reactions.
